Huge demand for converged services from Clasix

The hotel industry is under increasing pressure to deliver profitable revenue streams which are challenged by market trends in response to the global downturn. Margin erosion, falling revenues, aggressive competition all conspire to apply considerable pressure to the sector.

Not only was this costly to administer but one vendor blamed the other when things went wrong and often the hotel didn’t know which supplier was at fault when a service went down.
